Two callings, one mission — pairing pastoral leadership with clinical and community expertise.
Pastor Dana Phillips, J.D.
An attorney, community leader, and dedicated advocate, Pastor Phillips combines legal expertise with a lifelong commitment to human services. He previously served as an Alternative Family Living provider managing residential facilities, and now leads a regional project converting an 18,000-square-foot historic facility in Reidsville into a community innovation center.

Roxana Phillips, MS, LCMHC
A Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and ministry leader alongside her husband, Roxana supports adults and adolescents through trauma recovery and behavior modification. She developed the M.A.T.H. character education curriculum and leads food sustainability programs serving families across Reidsville and Rockingham County.
